Meditation / Mindfulness = more; ​awake, aware, focused, disciplined, better logical processing, more wisdom, bliss!


Never done meditation? this is the easiest to start with;

  1. Either imagine a candle flame, or light one.

  2. Lightly close your eyes and concentrate on just the candle flame.

  3. Your mind will wonder, this is ok, just bring it back to the candle flame. 
    Start with just 5min.

  4. Your ego will try to stop you, just tell yourself, that's ok, I'm just going to sit down, I'm not going to meditate. if you sit down and close your eyes, then good, you can try and see the candle flame.

  5. This is called single pointed meditation, and is the most important and most beneficial. Keep going, it takes a long time to hold the one thought, or no thought!


The meditations below help you work on different area's of your life;

  1. Purification - of sickness, bad karma, people that have bad things happen to them for no reason, dying, injuries, when you have harmed others (strong/wrong speech etc)

  2. Hollow Body - helps you expand your ideas on abundance in all areas of your life, helps you understand that the universe is all surrounding and infinite, helps you think of all the other things in the universe and away from petty thoughts.

  3. Step 11 - is just such a blessing and feel good meditation

  4. Death and Dying - is for the experienced meditator or reader of philosophy

  5. Inner Child - helps you find your triggers from childhood that are running your show as an adult, not in a good way, and keeps you from moving forward in relationships, work, self expression etc  Best done with a mentor/counsellor, but you can start yourself.
